This Refunds & Returns Policy explains how Elite Bio Science handles returns, refunds, cancellations, damaged items and incorrect orders placed through elitebioscience.co.uk.
Due to the nature of our products and for health, hygiene and safety reasons, we operate a strict returns policy. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. No Returns for Opened or Unsealed Products
Important: For hygiene, health protection and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened, used, handled, tampered with, unsealed, or where the original packaging or hygiene seal has been broken.
Once a product has left our control and has been opened or unsealed, we are unable to verify that it has remained safe, unused, uncontaminated and suitable for resale.
For this reason, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind, unwanted items, ordering mistakes, or products that have been opened after delivery.
2. Products That Cannot Be Returned
We are unable to accept returns for:
- Products that have been opened or unsealed
- Products where any hygiene seal, safety seal or protective packaging has been broken
- Products that have been used, handled, altered or tampered with
- Products that are not in their original unopened packaging
- Products that cannot be safely resold for hygiene or health protection reasons
- Items returned without prior approval from Elite Bio Science
- Items damaged after delivery due to misuse, incorrect storage or mishandling
3. Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or provide refunds where a customer has simply changed their mind, no longer wants the product, ordered the wrong item, or decided the product is no longer required.
Please check your order carefully before completing your purchase, including the product name, quantity, delivery address and contact details.
4. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
This policy does not affect your statutory rights. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can investigate the issue. Please do not dispose of the product or packaging until we have reviewed your case.
When contacting us, please include:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photographs of the item, packaging and delivery label
- Any relevant supporting information
Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit or another appropriate resolution, depending on the circumstances.
5. Delivery Damage
If your parcel arrives damaged, please take clear photographs of the outer packaging, inner packaging, delivery label and affected item before opening or disposing of anything.
Delivery damage claims must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. Reports made after this period may be harder to investigate with the courier.
6. Incorrect Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details at checkout. We are not responsible for orders lost, delayed or delivered incorrectly due to an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.
If you notice an error in your delivery details, contact us immediately at info@elitebioscience.co.uk. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been processed or dispatched.
7. Refused or Failed Deliveries
If an order is refused, not collected, or returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, incorrect address details, or customer refusal, any refund or resend decision will be made at our discretion.
Shipping costs, handling costs and any courier charges may be deducted from any refund where applicable.
8. Returning an Approved Item
Do not send any item back to us without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval may be refused and may not be refunded.
If a return is approved, the item must be returned in its original condition, unopened, unused, sealed and in its original packaging.
Customers may be responsible for return postage costs unless the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrect.
9. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will usually be processed back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card provider or payment provider.
Refunds will only be issued after we have reviewed and approved the case. We reserve the right to refuse a refund where the product has been opened, used, tampered with, damaged after delivery, or returned outside the terms of this policy.
10. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at info@elitebioscience.co.uk.
We may be able to cancel your order if it has not yet been processed, packed or dispatched. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
11. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy removes or reduces your statutory rights under UK consumer law. If goods are faulty, not as described, damaged on arrival or incorrect, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy depending on the circumstances.
However, for hygiene and health protection reasons, sealed goods that have been opened or unsealed after delivery may not be eligible for return unless they are faulty.
Please note: We recommend checking all product details carefully before ordering. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened, unsealed or used items simply because they are unwanted or ordered by mistake.
