or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Please read these terms carefully before using our website or purchasing from us.

1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, including browsing,
account registration, product information, placing orders, payments, delivery, returns and customer support.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version displayed on this page at the time

2. Eligibility to Use This Website

By using this website, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract
and that the information you provide to us is accurate, complete and up to date.

We reserve the right to refuse access, cancel accounts, refuse orders, or restrict purchases where we believe
there has been misuse, abuse, suspicious activity, fraud, attempted fraud, chargeback abuse,
breach of these terms, or any unlawful or inappropriate activity.

3. Product Information

We take reasonable care to ensure that product information, descriptions, pricing and images on our website
are accurate. However, images are for illustrative purposes only and packaging, labels, colours or presentation
may vary slightly from the images shown.

Product information may be updated, corrected or changed at any time without notice.
We do not guarantee that all information on the website is free from errors, omissions or inaccuracies.

4. Customer Responsibility

It is your responsibility to ensure that any product you purchase is suitable for your intended purpose
before placing an order. You are responsible for reading all product descriptions, warnings, labels,
storage information and instructions carefully.

You must not rely on website content as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.
If you are unsure whether a product is suitable for you, you should seek appropriate professional advice
before purchasing or using it.

5. Orders

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products
in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

An order is not accepted until we have confirmed acceptance, processed the order, or dispatched the goods.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order at our discretion.

We may refuse or cancel an order where:

• Product information or pricing contains an error
• The item is unavailable or out of stock
• Payment is declined, reversed, disputed or flagged
• We suspect fraud, misuse, chargeback abuse or suspicious activity
• The delivery address appears incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable
• The order breaches these Terms & Conditions
• We are unable to verify order information where required

6. Pricing and Availability

Prices are shown on our website and may be changed at any time without notice.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, product errors or availability errors.

If a product has been listed at an incorrect price, we are not required to supply the product at that incorrect price.
We may cancel the order and issue a refund where payment has already been taken.

Product availability is not guaranteed. Items may be withdrawn, discontinued, delayed or substituted
where necessary.

7. Payments

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

We may delay, hold, cancel or refuse an order where payment has not cleared, appears suspicious,
is subject to verification, or is later reversed, disputed or charged back.

You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is accurate and that sufficient funds
are available at the time of purchase.

8. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, postal services, customs, weather,
incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, high demand, stock delays or events outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, returned or delivered incorrectly due to
inaccurate or incomplete details supplied by the customer.

Risk in the goods may pass to you once the order has been delivered to the address provided,
left in a nominated safe place, collected by you, or received by a person at the delivery address.

9. Failed, Refused or Returned Deliveries

If a parcel is refused, not collected, returned to sender, or delivery fails due to incorrect details,
absence, refusal, or customer error, we may deduct delivery costs, return costs, handling costs
and any courier charges from any refund where applicable.

Resending an order may require an additional delivery charge.
We reserve the right to refuse to resend an order where we believe there is a risk of further failed delivery.

10. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact us as soon as possible at
info@elitebioscience.co.uk.

We may be able to cancel your order if it has not yet been processed, packed or dispatched.
Once an order has been processed, packed or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Online customers generally have a 14-day cancellation right for distance sales, but exceptions can apply,
including for sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
UK guidance states that online customers usually have 14 days to cancel after receiving goods, and legislation includes
an exception for sealed hygiene or health-protection goods once unsealed.
